Refund policy

Items for sale in this store are preloved and mostly vintage. Therefore, minor imperfections are normal. Please read the descriptions of the items carefully before placing an order. We make every effort to disclose all measurements and faults on items. Items are photoed, modelled, and a fit description is given. A condition description and rating of the items are always stated. Wherever applicable, we also provide recommendations on how and where to measure yourself or your clothing for the best fit. All items are carefully photographed before the sale as proof of original condition. 

Therefore, items listed on this website are non-returnable and non-refundable unless lost or damaged during transit. Statements such as ‘do not like the item’, ‘item does not fit’, and ‘item is different to what I imagined’ will not be accepted as a refund reason.

Please contact us should your item become lost or damaged during transit, and provide proof by emailing info@onecatboutique.com. We will chase up any claims with the courier on your behalf and either provide a full refund or offer a partial refund where appropriate. 

If you want to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding your order.
